• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated sense of Care in communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum 18 years old and able to provide proof of  eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; typical hours up to 12 hours base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Reliability and dependable schedule, especially during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
• Bonus potential and 401(k) plan; service credits and product discounts.

USD $14.10 per hour – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
