• Driving Sales: Utilize Store Force dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals, owning your results and actively growing your contribution to overall store sales.

  Deliver a world‑class experience to all customers, connecting and identifying their needs through attentive listening and open‑ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and create a positive atmosphere.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush’s values—anti‑animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging—and articulate these values in the shop and community engagement.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge, staying updated on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products for every customer need.
• Development: Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, and seek feedback and opportunities for growth.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to team perspectives, foster belonging through teamwork, collaboration, and recognition.
• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work, taking breaks when needed and staying informed on company news.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Stock and Inventory: Adjust product displays in real‑time based on sales to improve the customer experience following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• NOTE:
  
  Candidates under the age of 18 selected will be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program, in line with local employment and labour regulations.

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
