• Experience:
  
  At least one (1) year of related experience in a retail furniture environment is preferred but not required if you have the right attitude and drive.
• Age:
  Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Communication:
  Strong ability to read, write and speak English;
  Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable working with computer systems, programs and email.
• Resilience:
  Ability to work productively and effectively under stressful conditions, such as tight time frames and heavy workloads.
• Customer Focused:
  Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with ease.
• Initiative: A proactive approach, independent thinking and the ability to implement new ideas.

• Retail Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  At least one (1) year of retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Tech
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient with computer systems.
• Customer Service:
  Strong customer service skills and experience.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.

• Active Role:
  Most of the time will be spent sitting, standing and walking long hours.
• Moderate Lifting:
  Occasionally lift and handle materials or equipment up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
