Key Lead Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze sales reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, and self‑motivated.
• Adaptability and flexibility; ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
• Proactive learning mindset and strong work ethic.

The starting rate for this position is $15.85 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $15.85–$15.85 per hour.) The rate and range may be modified in the future.
