Customer Advisor
Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age and benefits. Part‑time permanent position available at 20 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, afternoon, and evening shifts within the hours of 6:00 am – midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

Alook into the role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
As Customer Advisor you will be required to- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
- Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role.
- No prior retail experience is required – we’ll provide all the right training.
