What will you do?

• Engage customers with personalized, authentic interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Team‑work and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.

$14.00 - $20.16 USD per hour
