Our members love shopping for fresh food because of our dedicated, happy‑to‑help associates. As a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker you will keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, ensure proper temperature control, and provide customer service in the deli department.

• Maintain safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area by applying company policies: handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits, paperwork, and logs, and securing fragile/high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures, clean the area, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with stocking and customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Curiosity and creative thinking.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual rates may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour.
