Position Summary

Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to help members find everything they need, from everyday essentials to special occasion items. As a mini tour guide, you’ll guide members to their desired products. Depending on your shift, your job may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, guiding them with self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
  • Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, adhering to company steel‑standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by properly zoning the area; stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
  • Monitors food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, product recalls, and sanitation standards are followed, and by prominently displaying promotional and seasonal merchandise.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; and adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
