Responsibilities

As an In-Store Shopper, you will:

• Assist online customers by selecting goods and suggesting substitute products when needed.
• Help in-store customers with product locating and selection.
• Work across various departments to support the store during periods of low online activity.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, team‑based work environment while delivering excellent customer service.
