Educator – Full Time | District at Green Valley Ranch

Job Summary
:
The Educator role is a foundation of our success. Educators create world‑class customer service, engaging guests, sharing product knowledge, and promoting our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience
  • Interact with guests to ensure a great experience while valuing their time.
  • Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
  • Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefit.
  • Facilitate a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience, handling accurate transactions and executing omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to needs.
  • Receive feedback and partner with store leadership to take action and "make it right."
Working with Others
  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment, welcoming differences.
  • Establish supportive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations
  • Perform product presentation tasks, restock, destock, or relocate items per standards.
  • Use in‑store technology to support operations and guest experience.
  • Perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Follow applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Job Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proof of the Right to Work and evidence of local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
  • Ability to travel to assigned store with personal transportation.
Availability
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Willingness Requirements
  • Will work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Move through store for most of a shift to help guests.
  • Move boxes up to 30 lbs.
  • Work as part of a team and independently.
Job Assets
  • Education:

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range
: $19.00 - $21.86/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
Target Bonus
: $2.00/hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range
: $21.00 - $23.86/hour.
