Lids - 1300 West Sunset Road - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales/task goals with regular follow-up;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service;
Maintain professional appearance and adherence to company dress code and visual merchandising standards
