Rev Euro is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full‑time, on‑site role focused on helping customers find the right vehicle while providing a professional and straightforward buying experience.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers through the entire purchasing process, from initial inquiry and vehicle presentation to closing the sale. This role involves building strong customer relationships, answering questions about vehicles and financing options, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate has automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of automotive financing and deal structure. Familiarity with Dealer Center CRM is a plus. You will be working closely with the sales team and management to maintain an efficient showroom environment and help drive dealership sales performance.

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
• Basic understanding of automotive financing and deal structure
• Familiarity with Dealer Center CRM is a plus
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and goal‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
