Job Responsibilities- Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre‑owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
- Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
- Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with the dealership’s Code of Business Conduct and Policies & Procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain insurability.
- Pre‑employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Sales License.

Guaranteed pay of $1,250 per bi‑weekly pay period for up to the first 3 months of employment or until conversion to the generous commissioned pay plan.
