- Create compelling sales materials to present to potential clients
- Work with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and that customers are satisfied
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business
- Lead generation and outreach directed toward contractors, builders, and property owners in the HVAC industry
- Lead generation and outreach directed toward the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries
- Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Competence with customer relationship management (CRM) and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- A high school diploma or GED is required for this position
$40,000 yearly + commission
