Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and community partners throughout Northern Nevada.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Establish a strong local market presence through consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Help drive regional growth while building your own long‑term career path.

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated, self‑driven, and accountable mindset.
• Experience in business development, sales, customer‑facing roles, or real‑estate related industries preferred.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and growing a network.
• Professionalism, positivity, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: $65,000 – $70,000 Annually. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
