Las Vegas, NV – In‑Office (previously remote, moving in 2026)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, reviewing insurance product options, and connecting with our network of licensed agents.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 200+ outbound calls/day to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Encourage customers to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent.
  • Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling objections or rejections during calls.
