The Brenkus Team has served more than 9,000 clients, contributed to Gary Keller's bestselling The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and built a sales system with over 40 years of results in Las Vegas. You won't be figuring it out on your own — you'll be plugging into a machine that already works.

• Up to $20/hr base salary DOE + commission bonuses
• Realistic first-year total: $55,000–$70,000+
• (Top performers who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month earn $80,000 - $100,000)

ISAs who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month are eligible for our Agent Track Program — a defined path to becoming a full-time buyer's or listing agent on The Brenkus Team. Our goal is to promote from within.

• Make high-volume outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
• Immediately respond to inbound inquiries
• Manage the database by nurturing leads using our follow-up system (already built for you)
• Build trust by uncovering client motivation and objections
• Collaborate with your top agents, tag teaming to convert the leads
• Track your numbers, own your metrics, and compete to be at the top of the board

• Real Estate license (we have real estate school if you are good at sales)
• Experience in real estate inside sales or a related field
• Knowledge of the real estate market and terminology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, results-oriented, and organized
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Detail-focused with problem-solving skills
