Summary
We want someone who crushes sales calls and wants to be surrounded by one of Las Vegas's most proven real estate teams.
The Brenkus Team has served more than 9,000 clients, contributed to Gary Keller's bestselling The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and built a sales system with over 40 years of results in Las Vegas. You won't be figuring it out on your own — you'll be plugging into a machine that already works.
What You'll Earn- Up to $20/hr base salary DOE + commission bonuses
- Realistic first-year total: $55,000–$70,000+
- (Top performers who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month earn $80,000 - $100,000)
ISAs who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month are eligible for our Agent Track Program — a defined path to becoming a full-time buyer's or listing agent on The Brenkus Team. Our goal is to promote from within.
What You Will Do- Make high-volume outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
- Immediately respond to inbound inquiries
- Manage the database by nurturing leads using our follow-up system (already built for you)
- Build trust by uncovering client motivation and objections
- Collaborate with your top agents, tag teaming to convert the leads
- Track your numbers, own your metrics, and compete to be at the top of the board
- Marketing and tech that makes it easy to get leads (12,823 generated in 2025)
- Proven scripts and lead follow-up systems
- Daily sales training and coaching
- Real estate mentorship
- A clear path for growth within the company
- A supportive, performance-driven team environment

- Real Estate license (we have real estate school if you are good at sales)
- Experience in real estate inside sales or a related field
- Knowledge of the real estate market and terminology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Motivated, results-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Detail-focused with problem-solving skills
