The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 150 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lashing, Tinting, Threading, and more. The Lead Marketing Specialist/Sales Leader (Entry Level Management) position is a leadership role responsible for the salon's overall growth, coordination, and operational success. The goal‑oriented position requires the salon to meet and/or exceed financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in customer service, team member relations, and motivational coaching/sales. The Assistant Manager/Sales Leader will also act as the salon ambassador to provide each member/client an unforgettable experience and lead marketing events (one per month).

The role offers incredible bonuses and incentives. Candidates must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings if necessary and have computer skills; POS experience is a plus.

• Manage the daily operations and expectations of the salon

• Provide daily support and coaching to salon team members
• Work 40 hours per week

• 1+ years of leadership and sales experience with a team of five or more
• 1+ years in a front desk sales role, preferably in salon, spa, or membership‑focused businesses
• Ability to coach and lead others
• Reliable transportation
• Exceptional customer service skills and computer skills
• Mind Body Online Software experience is a plus

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour
