Specialist, Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Attend Sales Excellence Team meetings to understand the unique needs and initiatives of the sales unit
• Provide customer support by covering reps when they're out of the office (as needed)
• Enter/Process quotes, orders POs, and communicating status
• Handle any customer service issues and follow up if over 24 hours
• Resolve deal desk and shipping requests
• Escalate issues from customers to the appropriate internal department
• Answer requests from sellers that come to them via their queue.
• Assist with bids (RFP/RFQ).
• Provide support to customers to resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
• Expedite and follows through on rush requests from customers.
• Answer inbound emails and inquiries from customers.
• Work in a team environment to support the customer experience.

• 2-4 years in previous sales support preferred
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
