Business Development Admin

Dealership: L0541 Henderson Hyundai Superstore Henderson Hyundai Hiring:
Business Development Administrator Pay: $60,000+ annual salary (base rate plus bonus/commission)

Schedule:

9-5pm Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday with one day off during the week and all Sundays off.

• You will answer inbound calls, texts and internet leads.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention
• Develop knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• You will work with our internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the LSMS Coordinator or General Manager for further review.
• Schedule appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
