Our Technicians have an important role to make sure we deliver excellent customer service.

• Repairing equipment in the field and in our shop as needed, including exposure to extreme heat, high winds, rain.
• Maintaining a clean, serviced company‑provided vehicle.
• Securing items in the bed of the truck.
• Repairing equipment to the manufacturer’s specs.
• Completing both paper and electronic forms (rental management).
• Communicating with customers before the job and after the repairs.
• Maintaining service truck parts inventory.
• Adhering to safety regulations at the Hoskins location and job sites (monthly safety meetings).
• Communicating with management daily.
• Having the proper tools to repair the rental equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
