Field Service Repair Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Repair Technician, based in Henderson, NV. The Service Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mailing and related equipment, performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The individual will also assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, clear communication, and timely resolutions to technical problems.

• Minimum 2 years Experience Troubleshooting, Diagnostics and maintenance services on Mailing, inserting and print equipment required.
• Minimum 2 years Experience developing a working working knowledge of computer operations, firewall management and networking
• Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure a positive service experience.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey technical information and updates to customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in relevant fields are beneficial.
