Salary Range: $25.00 To $35.00 Hourly

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Backhoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a backhoe and other heavy equipment to assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling on construction sites. Safety, precision, and efficiency are essential in this role.

• Operate backhoe equipment safely and efficiently on job sites
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and back filling
• Load and move materials as needed
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Previous experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required but preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Experience in utility work, trenching, or site preparation
• OSHA certification (Preferred)
• Experience operating additional heavy equipment
