We are looking for an RF Technician III who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.

- Perform tower climbs to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
- Assist project supervisor with site planning, daily activities, and closeout documentation.
- Reading, understanding, and constructing according to construction drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Assemble antenna sector frames, antennas, RRU/RRH (Remote Radio Units/Remote Radio Heads), Power and Fiber Distribution systems to industry standards.
- Installation of coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, and making coax connections to ensure reliable RF signal transmission.
- Maintain awareness of hazards associated with tower climbing and construction.
- Ensure 100% Tie-Off for all crew members at all times.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment performance issues.
- Maintain a professional attitude when collaborating with supervisors and project managers.
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

- All employees must wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Company safety policy, enforce safe work practices, and proactively identifies and remedies worksite hazards.
- Work performed at significant heights, requiring ability and comfort with climbing towers, lifting heavy equipment, and working in elevated positions using climbing gear and safety equipment.
- This position operates at professional construction sites, requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person and over the telephone, ability to read printed materials, signs and directions, stamina to maintain attention despite interruptions, ability to lift, climb with, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects, supplies, tools, machinery and/or controls weighing up to 50 pounds and reach with hands and arms;
climb stairs, ladders and/or towers; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift overhead, traverse around sites, in the air, or otherwise position one's self around the required work and safety requirements to navigating and perform activities on various construction sites in a safe manner. - Will be required to work on project sites and operate vehicles, trailers, machinery, equipment, and other tools within local, state, and federal safety guidelines.
- This position operates in a professional field environment. The position requires working outside, frequently for extended periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, wind and rain.
- While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air-borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris.
- This is a full-time position. Overtime may be required as job duties demand, and with prior approval.
- Must be able to work weekends, overnight, out of the market or away from home and willingness to travel overnight as work demands.
- 2+ years of experience in climbing and working on towers.
- Skilled in tower stacking and tower modification, with additional experience considered a plus for certain projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, RF Awareness, and Climb/Rescue certifications.
- Proficiency in Line Sweep, PIM, and Fiber testing; certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to climb towers and perform physical tasks such as squatting, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
