Porter / Yard Worker

The Yard Associate is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on‑site, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, servicing equipment as needed, and inspecting equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage.

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location’s property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and perform necessary equipment servicing.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment.

• Effective written and oral communication with customers.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Safety‑focused mindset.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

$17.75 – $23.72 per hour (starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience).
