Job Duties:
* Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate
* Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
* Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
* Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist
* Support lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
* Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations
* Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
* All other duties as assigned to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
Education and Experience:
* Clean, safe driving record
* 1+ year of experience in the construction industry
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
* Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude
Physical Requirements:
* Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and twisting
* Ability to lift up to 80lbs
* Exposure to inclement weather conditions to include excessive heat and cold
* Fine dexterity with ability to manipulate controls and equipment with hands/fingers
