As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations by operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment on various surfaces.

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility‑related maintenance duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid, state‑issued driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 – $35.00. Actual hourly rate may equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
