Next Gen Energy Jobs is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage, schedule, and complete service and warranty work. You will organize the warranty/service schedule, allocate labor with supervisors, and help train field technicians while leading regular team meetings.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in field construction or solar, PV knowledge, a high school diploma, and strong customer service with excellent communication and organization. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.
