Team members contribute to maintaining high service standards and supporting a wide range of customer requirements.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diesel Mechanic role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Diesel Mechanic will inspect, diagnose, and repair company vehicles and heavy equipment used to transport and service portable toilet units. Daily responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, coordinating repairs with operations staff, and responding promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Diesel Mechanics to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and diesel-powered equipment.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Heavy Equipment to service and maintain trucks, trailers, and related service machinery.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to perform scheduled inspections and servicing that prevent equipment failures.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems, braking systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals and maintenance documentation.
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Previous experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic preferred; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Capability to work in outdoor and industrial environments, lift moderate weights, and use standard mechanic tools and equipment.
