Role Overview
The Installer is a key team member responsible for executing residential solar installation projects alongside the Foreperson and Lead Installer.
Responsibilities- Ensure safety protocols for personal, crew, and job site safety, participating in training on safety and new products
- Review inventory and prepare solar modules, racking, electrical equipment, and tools as per project plans
- Perform weather sealing, project cleanup, and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Preferred experience in solar, construction, or military service, but not required
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety policies
- Ability to work well with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment
