Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the hospital's physical plant, buildings, grounds, and utilities, including routine upkeep and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;
Perform specialty tasks in trades such as carpentry, painting, etc., and assist in other trades as trained;
Respond to maintenance requests and diagnose issues to determine corrective actions;
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure safe and reliable operations;
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and supervisors to complete tasks safely and efficiently
