Location: 551 Courier St, Henderson, NV 89011

Shift(s): Wednesday to Saturday - 5:00am to 3:30pm & Sunday to Wednesday - 5:00am to 3:30pm (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $26.15 - $32.69 with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $26.15 - $39.23
. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job‑related factors. This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation in accordance with applicable company policies and law.

The Must‑Haves
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 3 years or greater related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment
  • High voltage electrical experience is required
  • Current Driver’s License and clean driving record
Your Mission in Motion
  • Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly, responding in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns
  • Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems
  • Change and repair parts of conveyor systems, as well as rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts
  • Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean‑up, conveyor and equipment clean‑up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned
  • Conduct daily inspections of machinery for potential problems
  • From time to time, may be called in after hours to ensure MHS (conveyor) systems are working at optimum capacity
  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
Paving Your Way to Success
  • Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform job duties
  • Utilize company tools and have the ability to purchase new tools as needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls in distribution, shipping, and sorting environments, VFDs, and electronic motors (480V)
  • Knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PMs (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints
  • Required to have mechanical and/or electrical work experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24‑hour operations, occasionally working extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis
