Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician II performs both preventive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will support plant performance by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, sustaining product quality, and helping the facility meet its production and budget goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
- Monitor product quality levels and adjust manufacturing processes as needed to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain controls and support practices that help the plant achieve performance goals aligned with budgeted targets.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install, maintain, and repair production machines and plant facility equipment, with a focus on Husky injection molding machines and dryers.
- Diagnose equipment problems, identify root causes, replace or repair parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments to restore proper operation.
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation to minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service on production equipment during planned machine outages.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machinery and supporting systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical documents, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service accurately.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Henderson, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
