HES Facilities Management - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems;
Maintain and repair chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, fan coil units, VAV boxes, exhaust systems, and associated controls;
Monitor and maintain central plant equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, condenser water systems, and chilled water distribution systems;
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using appropriate testing equipment and tools;
Respond to emergency service calls and equipment failures in a timely manner
