What You'll DoWork without micromanagement

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.

Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

What You'll Bring If you're producing 80, 100, or 120+ flat rate hours and feel limited by your current shop, let's have a conversation.

Strong diagnostic skills, especially with electrical & drivability

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
