Vineyard Henderson Memory Care, located in Henderson, NV is seeking a passionate and strong customer-oriented Move-In Coordinator to facilitate new residents moving into our community.

** Responsibilities of the Move-In Coordinator**

• Manage the move-in process and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Assists in all sales functions for the community, including outreach and professional development as needed.
• Assists in sales tasks including managing leads, lead generation, and touring prospective new residents and professionals.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ensure that the community is always presentable for tours and visitors.
• Assist in the coordination of special events for the community.
• Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience in Senior Living, Memory Care, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Healthcare is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
