Senior Full-stack Developer

Paysign is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to join our team and focus on enhancements to our web application. This role involves implementing new features, improving system architecture, and working with both our current technology stack and modern development practices. • Feature Development:
  Design and implement new features and enhancements across our technology stack
• System Architecture:
  Contribute to architectural decisions and system design improvements
• Code Quality:
  Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Performance Optimization:
  Optimize application performance across the full stack
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Cross-Stack Development:
  Work effectively with both current and emerging technologies
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation for new features and architectural decisions

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and Type Script
• 5+ years of experience with .NET development
• 3+ years of experience with MERN stack (Mongo
  
  DB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Experience with both Mongo
  
  DB and MySQL databases
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Proven track record of delivering complex web applications from concept to production
• Strong understanding of modern web development principles and best practices
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Knowledge of application security best practices
