Warehouse Equipment Operator

Overview

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm. Starting Pay: $19.50.

Location:

3591 Volunteer Blvd., Henderson, NV 89044.

As an Equipment Operator, you will support order picking, let downs, replenishment and help all departments meet their goals. You’ll work with products from well‑known active‑lifestyle clients.

Success in this role means being reliable, accurate and efficient. You should be a quick learner, balancing quality, pace and safety, and you should show kindness, respect, and readiness to perform each day.

• Operate forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, cycle count, and general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocols, and SOPs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work and storage areas.

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• 3+ months forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift, carry up to 50 lbs, walk, stand for extended periods; climb ladders/stairs; tolerate dust, noise, odors, heat, cold.
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre‑employment background and drug testing).
• Ability to read/comprehend English.
