• Lead, train, and mentor team members, including onboarding and supporting new hires at various locations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate and lead daily morning general meetings.
• Travel up to 70% to support multiple Data Centers.
• Start each workday 30 minutes ahead of the team to prepare for daily operations.
• Ensure team readiness, alignment, and on‑time execution.

For this position, the expected base pay is $66,560.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
