Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Position Purpose

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. This position is seasonal with potential for full‑time opportunities based on performance and business needs.

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Minimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.

Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously; use of forklifts or pallet jacks may be required. Work performed in a warehouse environment with noise, hot or cold temperatures and requires PPE.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• English literacy; bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Training and certification can be obtained after hire.

High school diploma or equivalent.

None.

At least 1 year in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.
