The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The role also includes counting and inspecting goods, notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies, operating equipment safely and efficiently, and performing all duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Picking ResponsibilitiesUse a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage them in appropriate areas, and handle them as per client specifications. Pack, band, shrink wrap, and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality Control ResponsibilitiesVerify that products and orders meet quality standards, document and report damages or discrepancies, and ensure all processes follow SOPs.
Safety, Housekeeping, and ComplianceExecute all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, assist in warehouse security, and comply with corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS standards.
Equipment OperationOperate a pallet jack and any other equipment used in assigned duties, maintain equipment upkeep, report problems, and follow prescribed work methods. Participate in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as required.
Other DutiesPerform additional duties as assigned and work overtime as dictated by business needs, whether mandatory or voluntary.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Education:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). - Experience:
Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate conditions. - Physical Capability:
Handful and foot strength for handling pallets and packages; ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.
Expected base pay range: $23.30 – $23.30 per hour. Compensation is based on relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
