As the
Inventory Control Specialist
, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management and control processes in the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of inventory management systems and be able to effectively manage the warehouse inventory.
Location: Distribution Center, 3755 W Sunset Road, Suite A, Las Vegas, NV 89118
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Pay: $19.00 hourly

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Ensure that all inventory processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
- Monitor and review inventory records for accuracy
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the MRG mission, vision, core values and organizational health
- Other duties may be assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes
- Order Picker/Cherry Picker experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience with handheld terminals (HHT’s)
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- Occasional standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
- Limited travel or overnight
- Normal or corrected vision and hearing
- Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials
- Fluency in English is required for training, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Occasionally outdoors
- Frequently exposed to varying temperatures from below 32 degrees to above 90 degrees
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Use of fine motor hand functions
