As a member of the NRI warehouse team, you will support daily distribution center operations. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, shipping, returns processing, inventory management, quality control, and team leadership. You will work with products from well‑known brands while helping ensure customer orders and operational goals are achieved safely, accurately and efficiently.

Multiple shifts available:

• Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday – Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Wednesday – Sunday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

$16 – $20 per hour.

• Leadership experience is a plus for lead positions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and elevated work areas
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, preferred

• Picking, packing, scanning, and processing customer orders
• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Shipping and returns processing
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Operating warehouse equipment (where applicable and certified)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following NRI safety policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Supporting team goals and operational performance metrics
• Assisting with training and leadership activities for lead positions
