Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to reach its full potential
Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure projects and customer orders are completed accurately and on time
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency
Lead initiatives related to LEAN practices, safety, compliance, ISO standards, and process improvements
Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
