Staff Accountant

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their finance team in Henderson. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with hands‑on manufacturing experience and a solid grasp of month‑end close processes.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support month‑end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain inventory‑related accounting records within the company’s ERP system.
• Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Partner with the broader accounting team on internal audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze cost data tied to manufacturing operations.
• Uphold internal controls and adherence to established accounting policies.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries to support leadership decision‑making.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience, or an equivalent accounting‑related degree.
• Cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and follow‑through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines with minimal oversight.
