Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong patient-centered approach with empathy and professionalism

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Participation in women's health research or clinical trials

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Completion of a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 2 years of clinical practice in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Prior experience in women's health clinics or similar environments

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work on a 7 on/7 off schedule preferred
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Eligible for licensure and credentialing in our healthcare network
• Ability to adapt to on-call responsibilities and shift flexibility
• No travel required unless specified, with potential reimbursement for licensure, certifications, and related expenses
