About the Position
Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician – Make a Difference in Women's Health

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols and standards.
Participate in call rotations, with a preferred 7 on/7 off schedule, ensuring continuous patient coverage.
Engage in quality improvement programs and stay current with the latest advancements in women’s health.
Required Skills:
Valid medical license to practice OB-GYN
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Proven clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
Nice to Have
Skills:
Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries
EMR/EHR proficiency
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages
Prior work in diverse or underserved communities
Preferred
Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of independent practice post-residency
CAQ (Certificate of Added Qualifications) in Obstetrics or Gynecology is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to accommodate ongoing, flexible scheduling (open dates into the year)
Willingness to participate in call rotations, ideally following a 7 on/7 off model
Travel and licensure reimbursements where applicable
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
