We’re looking for an amazing School Psychologist (1099) to support K-12 students in a school environment where your expertise is valued and your evenings/weekends are YOURS.
We just celebrated 17 years of care, and we did so as a small, family owned company. Nothing corporate about us! We’re not just filling shifts—we’re building meaningful relationships in our schools and communities across North Carolina.
Let’s be honest… school-based work comes with a few things:
Tiny chairs that weren’t built for adults
Coffee that somehow disappears before lunch
…and students who make every day meaningful, hilarious, and rewarding all at once.
What You’ll Love About This Opportunity:- Competitive 1099 compensation
- Supportive administration and strong therapy teams
- Opportunity to make a lasting impact with students
- Great work-life balance without burnout
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional success
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop student support plans
- Be a calm, supportive presence in students’ lives
- Has a passion for helping students succeed
- Is organized and collaborative
- Can balance professionalism with compassion
- Appreciates a good sense of humor during Spirit Week
This is the perfect role for someone who wants meaningful work, flexibility, and a schedule that allows for an actual life outside of work.

- Must hold and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license according to the State of North Carolina requirements
