- Assist the teacher with delivering daily instruction and reinforcing learning objectives.
- Work with individual students and small groups to provide academic support and intervention.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials, resources, and classroom activities.
- Monitor student engagement and provide assistance during independent and collaborative work.
- Support the implementation of instructional accommodations and modifications as directed by the teacher.
Classroom Management
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment.
- Reinforce classroom expectations, school rules, and appropriate student behavior.
- Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions.
- Encourage positive student interactions and respectful behavior.
- Assist the teacher in promoting a classroom culture that supports learning, responsibility, and student success.
