- Offer vehicle financing to customers and provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended service agreements, manufacturer and dealership benefits, service procedures, and policies.
- Prepare and process financing and leasing deals accurately.
- Secure approvals through financial sources and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Train and inform the sales team on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
- Stay up to date on the department's contracts in transit to ensure timely cash flow.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere to Federal Safeguard and Red Flag rules and standards.
- Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Understand and keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Consent to and pass a drug/background screen.
